Table cooler

Manufactured from stainless steel tubes for fluid use, the carbon steel heat exchanger is fully galvanized, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the coil. The coil is slightly inclined in the direction of medium flow during manufacturing, facilitating the discharge of the medium.

Shell

Utilizing 304 stainless steel sheets to enhance material corrosion resistance, ensuring the shell panels are durable and non-corrosive.

Water collector

Select modified PVC sheet material, pressure-formed thermally, to recapture water droplets from the exhaust air by altering the airflow direction, achieving optimal water collection. Equipped with directional reinforcing ribs for added stability and reliability, it features low wind resistance, low energy consumption, high water collection efficiency, and a water loss rate less than 0.001%.

Inlet grille

The air intake grille is installed at the air intake section at the top of the collecting sump. The grille not only prevents debris like willow fluff from entering the cooling tower but also shields the sump from splashes and sunlight.

Spray system

Sprinkler heads and pipes, as well as the trays of the sprinkler system, require frequent maintenance. However, the sprinkler system is completely exposed, making the sprinkling situation clear at a glance and extremely easy to maintain.

Maintenance Instructions: Ensure the spray rinse water is clean and meets the required water quality standards.

Spray Head

JLLQThe misting system employs large-flow, clog-resistant basket-type nozzles, ensuring continuous and even water distribution. The water洒 onto the coil surface is maximally covered by the wind, allowing for a thorough heat exchange between water, air, and refrigerant, thereby enhancing the heat transfer efficiency. The nozzles are securely fastened to the misting branch pipes, making it easy to detach them for cleaning the nozzles and branch pipes.

Stainless Steel Water Tank

Bent from stainless steel sheets, waterproof plastic is added between the steel to prevent leaks, with both sides coated in adhesive to ensure there are no leaks between the steel plates. Additionally, a water level gauge is installed on the front of the tank for operators to monitor the water level.

Control System

Electrical control systems can be selected according to the user's specific needs, either for single control, group control, or integrated control with the user's equipment; typically including medium temperature display, alarms, and warning systems.
