Dongyang Wood Carving reveals the magic tricks for cleaning antique windows and doors!

Many people believe that while antique window and door decorations exude a sense of elegance and grandeur, the cleaning process can be quite cumbersome. Due to cleaning issues, many may appreciate antique windows and doors yet opt against them for this very reason. So, when it comes to cleaning antique windows and doors, do we have any secret or clever tricks? Below, Dongyang Wood Carving Factory shares some clever cleaning tips for antique windows and doors!

1. Add a small amount of water to "detergent powder" (determined by the area and quantity of antique window and door to be cleaned; feel free to mix multiple times), to create an appropriate concentration of cleaning solution for the antique windows and doors. Then, dip a brush of suitable size into the cleaning solution and clean by moving up, down, left, right, and in circular motions. Afterward, simply clean the antique windows and doors with a clean cloth dampened with water and wrung out.

2. Mix a moderate amount of warm water with the furniture cleaning detergent from Ancient Window and Door Factory, creating a cleaning solution. Wring out a cloth with a small amount of the solution and use it to clean. Then, wring out a clean cloth in water, dry it, and wipe the surface clean (try not to use a wet cloth after prolonged cleaning).

Please note:

1. If a rag gets dirty, it should be washed and bleached clean before reuse, and this process should be repeated. The results are quite good.

3. After cleaning with degreaser and detergent, if rinsing with water won't affect anything else, you can rinse with water for a faster and more effective cleaning process.
