Shot Blasting Machine, Shot Blasting Rust Removal Machine

A shot blasting machine refers to a casting equipment that uses high-speed弹丸 ejected by a shot blaster to clean or strengthen the surface of castings. It can simultaneously perform sand removal, core removal, and cleaning on castings. In some areas, it is also colloquially referred to as a sandblasting machine or sandblaster.

The shot blasting machine is a treatment technique that uses a shot blaster to rapidly propel steel grit or steel shots to impact the surface of a material object. Compared to other surface treatment methods, it is faster, more effective, and can be applied to parts that have been partially retained or stamped after the casting process.

The shot blasting machine can also be used to remove burrs, diaphragms, and rust, which may affect the integrity, appearance, or definition of a part. It can also remove surface contaminants from the coated surface of a part, providing a surface profile that increases coating adhesion, thereby strengthening the workpiece.

The shot blasting machine differs from the sandblasting machine in that it is used to decrease the fatigue life of parts, increase different surface stresses, enhance the strength of components, or prevent micromotion.
