1. Opt for the sealing and hardening flooring with a film-forming process; while the initial luster and aesthetics might not match polishing, the lifespan will be significantly longer in the long run.

2. If the budget is insufficient, you can opt for a cement hardener. During the flooring process, it is crucial to thoroughly remove the cement float with coarse grinding, and there should be no scratch marks between each stage of the work.

3. No slurry should be present during the first grinding process. If slurry is found, it must be re-grinded after applying a sealing and curing agent.
