Composite steel grating

Composite steel grating is a product made by combining steel grating with certain spanning capabilities and sealed surface patterned plates. It can be constructed with any type of steel grating and patterned steel plates of various thicknesses. However, the commonly used steel grating as the base is G323/40/100; patterned steel plates typically use 3mm thick plates, but 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm plates can also be used.

Installation Method:

1. Directly weld steel grating or tread plates to the supporting steel structure, and apply two coats of galvanized powder paint at the welding joints.

2. Utilizes grid panel installation clamps, preserving the galvanized coating without damage, and is easy to assemble/disassemble. Each set includes one top clamp, one bottom clamp, one M8 round-head bolt, and one nut.

3. Offer stainless steel installation clamps or bolt connections, etc., as needed for securing.

4. The installation gap for steel grating is generally 100mm.

5. Ensure the installation is secure and reliable, and check it regularly to prevent loose mounting clips from falling off. It's best to weld or add rubber pads near the vibrating steel grating.
