Tangential Flow Fan

1. Axial flow fan with a conical impeller hub, featuring a relatively smaller inlet diameter of the hub, which accelerates the airflow on the meridian plane and avoids air separation caused by a significant bulge between the impeller hub and the guide vane hub. This enables the fan to achieve high efficiency and low noise. Due to the increased axial velocity of the airflow in the fan's duct, it promotes a decrease in static pressure gradient, preventing air separation and resulting in a higher pressure coefficient.
2. The fans are divided into sixteen specifications ranging from 300 to 1400mm by model number, with a series air volume of 1500 to 90000 m3/h and a total pressure of 95 to 1500 Pa. The GXF type oblique flow fan, after continuous improvement and development, is now categorized into six types: A, B, C, D, E, and F. The parameter range is wide, making selection convenient to meet the requirements of different operating conditions. The fans can be made with a two-speed motor, which allows for two-speed adjustment to meet the user's needs for performance tuning at different operating points. They can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and controller to achieve stepless speed adjustment. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25Hz and 50Hz.
3. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, fans can be manufactured as explosion-proof fans with a classification of EXdIIBT4.
4. To accommodate noise requirements in different locations, fans can be equipped with silencers of various lengths, or the fan can be designed in an enclosed style.
