Features of stainless steel chimneys:

High-temperature resistance: In accordance with the general flue gas temperature of about 200℃ in boilers and the high temperature of diesel generator sets ranging from 480℃ to 680℃, various thicknesses of insulation materials such as alumina silicate and ultra-fine glass wool are set to ensure the external wall temperature of the chimney does not exceed 50℃ as specified in the "Chimney Design Specification."

2. Structurally sound: The inner and outer layers of the chimney are connected with specially designed stainless steel prefabricated connectors, ensuring precise alignment and high strength. The sections of the chimney are connected using lightweight TFD flanges (U-shaped clips), reducing the weight of the chimney, saving valuable architectural space that would otherwise be occupied by traditional flange connection methods, enhancing the spatial utilization efficiency of the building, and meeting the installation conditions for narrow shafts.

Double-walled insulated stainless steel chimneys are widely used in exhaust emissions of industrial flue gas, smoke, gas, and particulate dust, such as the exhaust of central air conditioning gas, fuel boiler emissions, emissions from various industrial burners, and restaurant kitchen smoke. These chimneys offer excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation properties; they also possess the unparalleled advantages of traditional sheet metal and concrete chimneys, including light weight, long service life, and easy installation.

Chimney components should be stored vertically during transportation, lifting, and storage to prevent dents and scratches.

2. For safety reasons, it is advisable to wear rubber anti-slip gloves when lifting chimney parts.

Before installing the chimney, ensure the inner flange surface is free of deformation and oil stains, and then apply sealant.

Align the two flanges opposite to each other.

4. Secure the flange outer circumference with a V-shaped clamp and tighten with screws.

After applying sealant to the grooves of the outer casing, connect and tighten the screw nuts with the outer ring band to join the two sections of the outer casing.

Note: Insulation should be filled into the gap between the two chimneys.
