Conical Wind Hat

The conical wind hood is installed at the terminal of the exhaust system to enhance the exhaust capacity by utilizing wind pressure and to prevent rain, snow, etc., from entering the duct. The cylindrical wind hood is suitable for natural exhaust systems. When dripping is not permitted indoors but condensation droplets may form inside the duct, a drip tray should be installed below the cylindrical wind hood, and the droplets should be routed through pipes to the discharge location.

Conical hood is composed of main components such as the upper conical cap, lower conical cap, upper umbrella cap, and lower umbrella cap.

The conical hood utilizes the natural wind speed in nature to drive the turbine rotation of the fan and the convection of indoor and outdoor air. It accelerates any parallel air flow and converts it into a vertical upward air flow from bottom to top, thereby enhancing the indoor ventilation and air exchange. This device is electricity-free, noiseless, and can operate continuously for a long time, removing indoor heat, moisture, and foul air. Designed according to the natural laws of air and the principles of airflow, it is rationally installed on the roof to quickly expel indoor heat and polluted gases, thereby improving the indoor environment.
