Water Sampling Cooler

I. Product Overview

Carbonated Water Sampling Coolers and Water Sampling Meters for power plants, steel smelting, chemical industry, textile, dyeing and printing, etc., are used for boiler water and steam sampling cooling analysis. Product series include: Steam Sampling Coolers, Boiler Water Sampling Coolers, Feed Water Sampling Coolers, Condensate Sampling Coolers, and Drain Sampling Coolers.

Boilers and thermal systems often have high temperatures for water and steam, which makes sampling difficult and measurement inconvenient. A sampling cooler can cool the boiler water down to (20-40°C) and condense steam into water, further cooling it to (20-40°C), facilitating safe sampling for operators and achieving the cooling medium temperature below 30-40°C as required by the People's Republic of China's electric power industry standard DL/T 457-91, thereby meeting the sampling and analysis requirements.

II. Technical Requirements

1. The cooling water flow rate of the sampling cooler is between 500-700 mL/min, and the cooling medium temperature can be reduced below 30°C.

2. Sampling cooler cooling tubes are made of stainless steel pipes, not carbon steel pipes or copper pipes, to prevent contamination of the sample by metal corrosion products from the cooling tubes.

3. The cooling tube of the sampling cooler can be designed as a single-coil or double-coil (designed according to medium parameters and installation space).

4. The Sampling Cooler is designed for sampling high-temperature liquids and gases, featuring a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and long service life. The sampling tube is constructed with a spiral serpentine coil design and made of stainless steel, offering high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and non-contamination of the sample. Depending on the distribution and concentration of the sampling points, single-unit Sampling Coolers and modular Sampling Coolers are designed for simultaneous sampling of steam, boiler water, condensate, feed water, and deaerated water.
