What are the operational specifications for second-hand reactors?

1. The autoclaves should be placed indoors. When multiple autoclaves are equipped, they should be positioned separately. Each operation room should have an exit directly leading to the outdoors or a corridor, and the equipment location should be well-ventilated.

When installing the pot lid, prevent the sealing surfaces of the pot body and lid from colliding. Carefully place the lid in the fixed position on the pot body, and when tightening the main nut, do so diagonally and symmetrically in multiple steps. Apply even force; do not allow the lid to tilt to one side for a good seal.

3. At the connection of male and female nuts, only rotate the nuts in opposite directions; the two arc sealing surfaces must not rotate towards each other. When assembling all threaded nut components, lubricating oil should be applied.

4. The needle valve series line is sealed with a simple twist of the valve pin, tightly closing the sealing surface for a good seal.

5. Rotate the rotating body on the cauldron by hand to check for smooth operation.

6. The controller should be placed flat on the operating table. Its operating environment temperature should be between 10-40°C, with a relative humidity less than 85%, and the surrounding medium should not contain conductive dust or corrosive gases.

Ensure all moving parts and fixed connections on the front and rear panels are functioning properly. Lift the lid and inspect for loose contacts on the connectors and check for any damage or rusting caused by poor transportation and storage.

Controllers should be properly grounded.

9. Connect all wiring, including power lines, electric furnace lines between the controller and the kettle, motor lines, and temperature sensor and speed sensor wiring.

Turn on the "Power" master air switch on the panel, and the digital display should be visible.

11. Set various parameters (such as upper alarm temperature, working temperature, etc.) on the digital display, then press the "Heat" switch. The electric furnace is powered on, and the indicator light on the "Heat" switch illuminates. Adjust the "Voltage Control" knob to regulate the heating power of the electric furnace.

Step on the "Stir" switch, the stir motor will be powered on, and the indicator light on the "Stir" switch will illuminate. Gradually turn the "Speed Control" knob to slowly rotate the motor. Observe if the motor is rotating clockwise. If there are no issues, shut off the motor, attach the belt, and restart.

After operation, the equipment can be naturally cooled, water-cooled, or air-cooled by placing it on a stand. Once the temperature has dropped, release the pressurized gas inside the kettle to reduce the pressure to atmospheric (pressure gauge reads zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, remove the main nut, and carefully lift the kettle lid, placing it on the stand.

14. After each operation, there should be no residue left on the kettle body and lid. The main sealing port should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. It is not permitted to use hard or rough objects for cleaning.
