The main structure of the vertical mill

What is a vertical mill composed of? The grinding roller is the main component for crushing and grinding materials. Inside the mill, there are two pairs of grinding rollers, each pair rotating at different speeds on the same shaft. The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, with the upper part serving as the feed bed. The feed bed features annular grooves. The PRM vertical mill is mainly composed of a separator, grinding roller, grinding disc, pressure device, reducer, motor, and housing, among other parts.
The separator is a crucial component determining fineness, consisting of a variable-speed transmission, rotor, guide vanes, housing, coarse powder discharge cone, and exhaust outlet, similar in working principle to the classifier.
The pressure unit, composed of components such as a high-pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinder, pull rod, and accumulator, provides the necessary grinding pressure to apply sufficient force to the mill roll for material crushing.
