Before construction, re-inspect the quality of the main structure in accordance with the aluminum panel facade frame design. The quality of the main structure significantly affects the arrangement of the facade frame. Particularly, deviations in the wall's verticality and flatness, as well as the position of the external wall openings, will impact the overall horizontal position of the facade.
2. Thoroughly inspect construction drawings and on-site measured dimensions to ensure the design and processing are perfect.
3. Aluminum panel curtain walls are constructed using scaffolding. Construction double-row scaffolding is set up according to the height and width specified in the design drawings of the curtain wall framework. The scaffolding is to be no less than 50cm from the wall for ease of construction.
4. The exterior wall base coat has been completed and passed the inspection and acceptance.
