Antifreeze for railway coal transportation can significantly lower the freezing point, preventing the freezing of bulk water-containing materials with the carriages. Wide-spectrum antifreeze for transporting bulk materials in cold seasons and high-altitude regions. This antifreeze is a polymer formed from multi-grade monomers and polar materials (macromolecular compounds), with a freezing point as low as -50°C. It can combine with moisture in the material, maintaining a freezing point below -45°C. Using this antifreeze ensures that the wagons remain unfrozen with water-containing bulk materials within 10 hours under open-air conditions. It solves the freezing issue of water-containing bulk materials like coal and iron ore powder during winter, allowing for smooth unloading without the need for thawing rooms, saving energy, shortening the wagon turnover cycle, reducing labor intensity, and lowering transportation costs.
