Sesame grey granite processing is a commonly seen stone in our daily life. However, after long-term use, sesame grey granite processing may develop some stains. How can we make it look new again? Don't miss this introduction! When laying sesame grey granite on the ground, most people use cement mortar. But there are still some points to pay attention to. What are these aspects?

(1) Clean the dust on the ground thoroughly and apply a waterproofing treatment. Mix 5kg of a product similar to "Waterproofing Magic" with water to achieve a thin paste consistency. It covers 40m² and requires just one coat with a brush. The surface is ready for application after 2 hours.

(2) Apply mortar. Mix 325-grade alkali cement with medium to coarse sand in a ratio of 1:3 to form semi-212 mortar. The sand should contain less than 3% silt. The moisture level should be such that it can be molded into a ball by hand, which should break apart when thrown on the ground.

(3) Initially, lay the stone flat and even, using a rubber hammer to gently compact it. Then, lift the stone to inspect the mortar surface. Fill in any uneven or loose areas; pour plain cement slurry on the flat surface. The consistency should be moderate, allowing the trowel to lift and spread easily. The plain cement slurry should be between 4-6mm thick; place the stone flat again, and at this point, the stone cannot be flipped or turned. Lay it back in its original position. Use the rubber hammer to firmly compact the stone, ensuring it reaches the designated level and alignment.

(4) Inspect flatness and straightness using leveling tools and plumb bobs. Proceed to lay the stones sequentially following this method, repeating the process for the stones.

(5) Clean up excess mortar, scattered debris, and fine dust; set up barriers for maintenance. Watering for curing should be done 2 hours after hot weather and 4 hours after cold weather. The surface can be used after 7-10 days.
