It is necessary to cut it flat, and after cutting the wear-resistant ceramic elbow, it is required to sand the edges with a polishing machine to ensure they are flat.
Before operation, the operator must wear insulating shoes, gloves, and protective goggles. The equipment must be securely grounded. When using the arc contact method, press the button first, then quickly touch the nozzle to the wear-resistant ceramic elbow for cutting. This is more conducive to arc cutting. If it's difficult to ignite the arc, adjust the air pressure to the minimum! The pressure relief valve and air compressor should be drained regularly. Do not move the cutting at high speed to prevent the wear-resistant ceramic elbow from not being cut through, which may cause slag and arc reflection. Also, avoid cutting too slowly to prevent the wear-resistant ceramic elbow from overheating, which may affect the quality of the cut.
Cutting interrupted, first release the button, then lift the blade. This standard significantly improves the service life of electric nozzles. During cutting, always monitor the air pressure, voltage, and the condition of the electricity and nozzle. Avoid using copper to form an electrical and conductive nozzle short circuit, which can burn out the cutting tool. Each tungsten wire in the electric nozzle is about 3mm long. After the nozzle diameter, the cutting quality and thickness will severely decrease, replace the nozzle immediately!
