Safety Precautions for the Use of Copper Wire in Digital Electronic Detonators

1、Digital Tube Copper Core WireUse copper or iron-core insulated wires; the use of aluminum-core wires and bare wires is strictly prohibited.

2、Blasting Copper Core WireJunctions between connecting wires, between connecting wires and detonator lead wires, and between lead wires themselves must be tightly twisted and suspended; they must not come into contact with conductive materials such as tracks, metal meshes, steel cables, scraper conveyors, etc.

9、Firecracker WireWhen insulation is damaged, it must be wrapped promptly to prevent electrical leakage, short-circuit, or contact discharge, and to avoid accidental incidents.

10、Firecracker Copper Core WireDo not use two conductors of different materials or specifications as busbars. It is strictly prohibited to use four-core multi-core or multiple-core conductors as busbars.

11、Firecracker WireAfter use, the equipment should be dried before being lifted back to the surface; underground, it should be stored in a dry and safe location, and regular resistance measurements and insulation performance checks should be conducted on the busbars.
