Product Overview

Working Principle

Material is added to the center of the upper part of the shell, and as the sieve teeth rotate continuously in both directions, the material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface contacting the inner wall of the shell, receiving indirect heating from steam, and being uniformly mixed by the sieve teeth, and crushed by the rod.

The material is crushed to vaporize moisture within, under the vacuum system's action, facilitating the advantageous expulsion of internal and surface moisture from the dried material. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted from the vacuum pump outlet.
