Overview of External Pipe Reactor

The heating methods for external reactor vessels include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating.

Mixing types generally include propeller, anchor, frame, ribbon, scraper, and others.

Saddle types include: jacketed and semi-tubular, with all jacketed oil-heating models featuring a flow guide.

Axial seals are available with ordinary water-cooled packing, composite PTFE packing, and mechanical seals.

Material discharge types include ball valves and gate valves.

The external drum reactor relies on thorough mixing of the reactants. To achieve effective heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption processes, a stirring device is necessary. We can design and manufacture stainless steel external drum reactors for our clients.
