Product Overview

Steam/thermic oil heating reaction kettle uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the reaction kettle, transferring the steam heat into the kettle, causing the material inside to absorb heat and react.

Steam/thermic oil heating reactors utilize water as a medium for temperature control because water has a higher specific heat capacity than oil. Under the same temperature regulation conditions, the heat conduction effect of the water medium in a water temperature machine is superior. Additionally, the water temperature machine operates with water as the medium, requiring only a connection to tap water, making it convenient to use. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without pressure, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding the application scope of the water temperature machine.
