Product Overview

The reactor consists of a vessel body, cover, agitator, electric heating oil jacket, support and transmission unit, shaft seal, and oil overflow trough, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing formations typically include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. The support bases come in two types: suspended or support-style.

A heat-conductive oil is placed inside the jacket, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket is equipped with holes for oil intake, exhaust, overflow measurement, venting, as well as connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The jacket's outer wall is welded with supports, and the bottom of the pot features an outlet for discharging material.
