CR-type High-Power Mixer is used in the production process of graphite electrode and cathode.
Heating: Directly heats carbon particles with the special CO-NEL heating device, eliminating all the disadvantages of uneven heating in traditional processes, significantly improving heating efficiency, from around 45% in indirect heating to 92%.
The raw materials and other components are accurately fed into the CR-type high-force mixer through an automatic batching system after being heated to the process temperature. Due to the unique countercurrent mixing principle of the CO-NEL high-force mixer, various components can achieve uniformity in a short time.
Cooling: Regardless of the electrode shaping method, whether extrusion or vibration, cooling of the solder paste is required prior to shaping. The solder paste can be cooled to the preset value through the CO-NEL strong mixing machine and the evaporation cooling system. Another advantage is that during the cooling process, the paste material receives additional kneading, resulting in a more uniform consistency.
Intermediate storage and feeding: The temperature-controlled disk feeder mounted on the load sensor accurately feeds into the molding press.
