The Koneer Horizontal Concrete Mixer is equipped with European technology, suitable for the production of commercial concrete, hydraulic concrete, prefabricated parts, environmentally friendly materials, and wallboard materials, etc. The mixing unit features a 60° and 90° angle.

Horizontal Blender Features

Axle end seal equipped with floating oil seal rings and a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure composed of specially designed sealing elements and mechanical seals, offering reliable sealing, high stability, and long service life. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, featuring four independent oil pumps for supply, high working pressure, and superior performance.

Top-mounted motor installation with a belt self-tensioning device (patented technology), enhancing transmission efficiency, preventing excessive belt wear and damage, and reducing maintenance costs. The cylinder features a large volume ratio design concept, effectively improving mixing efficiency, extending the service life of the shaft end seal, and minimizing the likelihood of material adhering to the shaft.

Large opening design of unloading door, preventing material jamming and leakage, low wear, and long-lasting sealing effect.

The agitator employs a patented design with a 60° angle arrangement, featuring streamlined casting of the agitator arm for even mixing, low resistance, and reduced likelihood of material adherence to the shaft. Equipped with a military-grade planetary reducer, it offers smooth transmission and high load-bearing capacity.

Available options include Italian original gearboxes, German original fully automatic lubrication pumps, high-pressure cleaning equipment, and temperature and humidity testing systems.
