Vacuum Gas Displacement Machine

The QH12-180 model gas displacement bagging machine, through its bag delivery mechanism, transports finished bags (flat bags, stand-up pouches) to the pick-up station, where they are gripped and delivered to the turntable machine. The bags are coded, opened, inspected for opening, filled, pre-heated sealed, nitrogen filled, evacuated, and undergo multiple cycles of nitrogen filling and evacuation to achieve the required nitrogen content or vacuum state inside the bag. It is then re-sealed (fully sealed), shaped, and output. This equipment utilizes PLC control and a human-machine interface, meeting the requirements for high inert gas content or vacuum levels, catering to various industries' diverse needs.
