The body features a three-rib, four-column structure, constructed with full-steel plate CO2 welding, followed by vibration treatment to ensure no deformation. The hydraulic system is housed within the body, offering an aesthetically pleasing design and easy operation. This series of press machines is equipped with a separate hydraulic and electrical control system, utilizing centralized button control for both fixed stroke and fixed pressure molding processes. It includes features such as pressure display and stroke, pressure adjustment. Moreover, the guide posts and piston rods are treated with medium-frequency quenching followed by hard chrome plating, preventing rust and abrasion. The oil pump intake is fitted with a unique filter to ensure the longevity of the pump and valves. The oil line connections use imported high-pressure hoses, significantly reducing machine noise.
