Frame hydraulic press applications and features:
The frame structure is made of full steel welding: featuring four corners and eight sides with right-angle guide rails, high precision, good rigidity, and hydraulic pre-tensioning. The hydraulic system utilizes a two-way plug-in integrated valve; the entire system operates stably and reliably, with a long service life, minimal leakage, and few failure points. The electrical system is controlled by a "PCL" programmable controller; it can be configured with digital travel display, photoelectric protection devices, and a movable worktable (for easy mold changes). This series of hydraulic presses has a dual-action function with an upper sliding block and a lower hydraulic pad. The hydraulic pad can be converted into an ejector upon customer request, enabling the stretching, bending, and shearing of metal sheets (buffering device required). It can achieve both constant pressure and constant travel processes, with a pressure-holding delay function that is adjustable. The working pressure and travel can be adjusted within the specified range according to process requirements. The operation is simple, with centralized control via push buttons, and offers three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
Versatile for stretching, cutting, bending, and flanging, suitable for: automotive industry, household appliance industry, kitchenware industry, etc.
