It utilizes electric heating (steam or oil heating) and a combination of high and low-pressure pumps to reduce energy consumption. The electrical control is equipped with PLC technology, enabling automatic clamping, timing control, mold opening, and temperature control. It also features automatic exhaust, with rapid closing speed, short pressing stroke, segmented and graded pressure application, long holding pressure time, slow pressure release, and graded pressure reduction, ensuring product quality and high efficiency.

We can also customize various hot presses, including four-column, frame-type, and workbench withdrawable models, according to the customer's product processing requirements.
