The Working Principle of Stretch Film Vacuum Packaging Machines
A stretch film vacuum packaging machine requires heating the film to soften it, then utilizing the principle of top blowing and bottom suction to pass it through a forming mold, shaping it into the container's form. It then fills the contents manually or mechanically, moves into the film-laying zone, where vacuum is drawn and the seal is made, and finally, it is cut into individual products through horizontal and vertical cuts.
After setting the device parameters, use the manual button on the main screen of the touch screen. Once it turns dark, install the device's tensioned film. Gently guide the film over each axis with your hand and press it onto the front roller.
