Operation Process of Stretch Film Wrapping Machine
After setting the equipment's parameters, use the manual button on the touch screen main interface. Once it turns dark, install the device's tensioned lower film. Manually guide the film over the axes and press it onto the front roller. Then press the "feed film" button on the panel or the manual feed film button at the lower right corner of the front roller. The equipment will move forward by one step. Release the hand pressing on the front roller, and the film will follow the equipment's step and be clamped between the chains on both sides, entering the next station. Press the "feed film" button or the manual feed film button again, and the equipment will run another step.
2. Press the automatic key on the main screen. Observe the sealing and molding temperatures after it turns dark to ensure they have reached the preset temperatures, that all protective guards are properly installed, and that the emergency stop switch is reset. The machine can then operate automatically. Press the work button on the front panel to start operation. When the film reaches the sealing mold, press the stop button to park. After confirming the equipment has stopped, install the film above, guide it through the transmission shafts below the mold, and press the work button again to continue working. Press the stop button to park the machine.
3. Once the equipment is operating normally, the film is heated and stretched within the mold to form a recess identical to the mold. It then moves forward to the feeding area where products are manually placed. Continuing forward, it reaches the sealing mold where the equipment automatically suctions (fills) and seals the product, followed by releasing the air. It then proceeds to the transverse cutting area, where the upper and lower cutting blades, along with air bags for pressure, cut each row of products horizontally. Further forward, it reaches the disc longitudinal cutting blade, which slices each product longitudinally, resulting in individual units. Each product then falls into the next process via the discharge hopper. The waste film edges on both sides are collected by the equipment's integrated waste collection system and deposited into the waste bin.
4. Due to the high-speed operation and vertical movement of the equipment, never place hands, items, or tools inside it while operating. Be mindful of your hand position during the coating process. Do not insert your hand into the equipment until it has stopped or the emergency stop switch has been activated to prevent accidents.
