Working principle

The machine is composed of three main parts: the sieve box, vibration source, and shock absorber. The vibration frame is connected to the sieve box with 4-12 groups of soft rubber shock absorbers, both vertically and horizontally fixed, generating centrifugal force. The shock absorber controls the floating amplitude.

The material undergoes a downward throwing vibration and downward stratified filtration process, thereby achieving the best grading and screening effect.

The machine consists of screen box, vibration source and shock absorber. There are 4-12 groups of soft rubber shock absorbers

fixed up and down between the vibration frame and the screen box, whick produce centrifugal force and control the floating

amplitude by the shock absorber, so that the material has a process of downward throwing and downward layered filtering ,
