Steaming machine
The blanching machine is a specialized killing-greening equipment we produce. Also known as a killing-greening machine, it is an essential blanching equipment for sterilizing fruit and vegetable food products, as well as for quick-freezing, dehydration, freeze-drying, peeling, and other deep-processing pre-treatment. The machine's conveying section features a SUS304 stainless steel chainless mesh belt (introduced from German technology), offering high efficiency in conveying in and out materials. The blanching water circulation unit has a simple structure and reliable operation. Heating can be done via electric heating or steam heating. The equipment is easy to operate, high in output, equipped with an automatic temperature control device, and double-layer insulation material, making it the most advanced food and vegetable blanching equipment in the domestic market.
Application Scope
Ideal for blanching and scalding of vegetables, chicken products, duck products, as well as for quick-freezing and dehydration of fruit products, especially suitable for products prone to damage and those with elongated shapes.
