Equipment Introduction:
The belt dryer is mainly composed of an air inlet unit, an exhaust unit, a recirculating air unit, a conveyor belt, steam pipeline and condensate discharge pipeline system, moisture removal system, feeder, transmission mechanism, and control system. The material in the hopper is evenly spread on the conveyor belt by the feeder, which is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and moved within the dryer by the transmission device. The drying section consists of several units, where air is blown in by a blower, passes through a heat exchanger to become hot air, and then permeates the material layer to transfer heat and mass. Most of the gas is recycled, while a portion of the cooler, more humid gas is discharged as exhaust through the moisture removal fan.

Application Scope:
Dried fruits, candied fruits, dehydrated vegetables, feed additives, monosodium glutamate, coconut flakes, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, polypropylene fibers, pharmaceuticals, herbs, wooden crafts, plastic products, and aging and curing of electronic components.

Product Features:
1. The conveyor belt speed is adjustable with a frequency converter, ensuring material dwell time and maintaining output quality.
2. A mixing storage bin and a unique feeding mechanism designed for material characteristics, allowing for easy dispersion of chunky materials without affecting their properties. The thickness of the material layer is easily adjustable, ensuring uniform feeding both longitudinally and laterally on the conveyor belt.
Each controllable unit features an independent fresh air supply inlet, heater, recirculation fan, duct filter, and moisture exhaust outlet.
4. The heater and circulating fan are positioned at the bottom of the conveyor, with quick-opening doors on both sides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
5. Utilizing reasonable diagonal guide vanes to ensure even airflow across the conveyor belt, resulting in minimal temperature differences and easier material cleaning.
6. The machine is equipped with 8-inch silica-alumina insulation, providing excellent sealing and ensuring a favorable working environment.
7. The machine is divided into five sections with five units, making energy consumption more rational and lower.
8. The lower conveyor belt of the machine is designed with an inclined surface for easy collection and cleaning of materials.
