Application:
Mix one or more materials (water-soluble solids, liquids, or gels, etc.) into another liquid phase and create a relatively stable emulsion with water. Widely used for emulsifying mixtures of raw and auxiliary materials such as edible oils, powders, sugars, etc. Emulsifying tanks are also used for emulsifying and dispersing certain paints and lacquers, especially suitable for difficultly soluble gel-like additives such as CMC and xanthan gum.

Features:
This equipment utilizes a bottom impeller to rotate at high speed, rapidly and efficiently mixing materials through physical actions such as stirring, extrusion, and shearing. It is an integrated unit for mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, dissolving, and crushing. An emulsifying tank is a three-coaxial stirrer-mixer suitable for stable and homogeneous emulsification, producing very small particles. The quality of the emulsion depends on how particles are dispersed during the preparation stage; the smaller the particles, the weaker the tendency to aggregate on the surface, thereby reducing the chances of emulsion breakdown. High-quality emulsion mixing is achieved through the mixing action of reverse blades, under homogenizing and vacuum conditions.
