The vacuum stir-fry machine is our company's newly developed equipment for cooking beef jerky and beef granules, and it is also one of the more advanced mechanized production equipment in the domestic market.
The meat stirrer cylinder is heated using a Miller jacket, with an insulation layer thickness of 60mm. The cylinder sheet thickness and temperature control probe are installed wirelessly (suitable with a wireless receiver temperature control instrument, equipped with a high-temperature alarm signal), and the steam inlet valve is a direct-acting solenoid valve, controlled by the temperature control instrument.
