Self-priming pump

Self-priming pumps are a type of centrifugal pump with compact structure, easy operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming capability. No bottom valve is required for the pipeline, and it only needs to ensure that the pump body contains a certain amount of liquid before operation. Different liquids can use self-priming pumps made of different materials.

The working principle of a self-priming pump is that before the pump starts, it is first filled with water inside the pump casing (or the casing itself contains water). Once started, the impeller rotates at high speed, causing the water in the impeller channels to flow towards the volute. At this point, a vacuum is formed at the inlet, allowing the check valve to open and the air inside the suction pipe to enter the pump and travel through the impeller channels to the outer edge.
