One, The primary application of the ISW horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump:

1. ISW horizontal clear water pump, designed for transporting clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties, is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration circulation, bathroom water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Maximum operating temperature: T≤80℃.

2. The ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as in hotels and restaurants for boiler hot water pressure boosting, circulation, and urban heating systems. The ISWR type has a maximum operating temperature of T≤120℃.

3. lSWH Horizontal Chemical Pump, designed for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive in nature, and with a viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers, operating temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.

4. Horizontal lSWB pipeline oil pump for transporting oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and flammable, explosive liquids. The temperature range of the transported medium is -20°C to +120°C.

Section 2: Operating Conditions for ISW Horizontal Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, meaning pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa; static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, it must be mentioned separately at the time of ordering to ensure cast steel material is used for the pump's overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the medium transported does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify at the time of order so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals. III. Features of ISW Horizontal Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:
