The insulation material is a rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60kg/m3 to 80kg/m3, which fills the gap between the steel pipe and the sleeve pipe thoroughly and has a certain adhesive strength, forming a firm integral structure among the steel pipe, outer sheath, and insulation layer. The polyurethane buried-insulated pipe foam has excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties, usually capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120°C. Through modification or combination with other insulation materials, it can withstand temperatures up to 180°C, making it suitable for thermal insulation projects on various cold and hot water pipelines at high and low temperatures.
