Operating Principle
The compressed air is cooled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This causes the material to become fluidized, and as the accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple jets, it undergoes intense collisions, friction, and shearing, achieving ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported by an upward airflow to the impeller classification zone. Here, the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan separate coarse and fine particles. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
