Operating Principle
Compressed air, after being cooled, filtered, and dried, is then accelerated through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing, thereby achieving ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the classifier area by an ascending air stream. Under the force of the classifier wheel's centrifugal force and the fan's suction, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the air stream into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draught fan.
