Working Principle

After compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried, it forms a supersonic airflow through nozzles, entering the crushing chamber and causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the impeller classification area by an ascending airflow, where it is separated into coarse and fine powders due to the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction power of the fan. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber by gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. Microscopic dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
