Operating Principle

Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This causes the material to become fluidized, and as the accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple jet streams, it undergoes intense collisions, friction, and shearing, achieving ultra-fine particle reduction. The crushed material is then transported by ascending air currents to the classifier area, where it is separated into coarse and fine powders due to the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction power of the fan. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber by gravity for further reduction, while the qualified fine powder is carried by air into the cyclone collector. The fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
