Working Principle

Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This fluidizes the material, causing accelerated particles to converge at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle reduction. The crushed material is then carried by an ascending air stream to the impeller classification area. Here, the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction power of the fan separate coarse and fine particles. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further reduction, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the air stream into a cyclone collector. Ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by a blower.
