Interpreting Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems: In large ventilation systems, to address the requirements of variable air volume at the end of ventilation equipment and to maintain a constant face velocity, further regulation is needed. We utilize variable frequency plus VAV ventilation control to achieve this solution.
       Fume Hood Airflow Control: As an essential primary protection equipment in chemical laboratories, there are strict requirements for the face velocity of fume hoods across countries. Typically, it is required to maintain a constant face velocity of 0.5 m/s. Both excessive and insufficient face velocities pose a leakage risk.
       Other Local Exhaust Control: Local exhaust facilities such as universal hoods, atomic absorption hoods, and reagent cabinets should maintain continuous and efficient control, safely and promptly exhausting gases.
       Room Pressure Control: Typically, it is required to maintain a negative pressure within the lab relative to the corridor at all times to prevent cross-contamination with surrounding office or production areas.

       Types of Fans
       According to the airflow method, fans are categorized into three types: centrifugal (usually placed outdoors), axial (usually placed indoors), and mixed flow (oblique flow) fans.
       Winds turbines are mainly categorized by material, including regular steel, stainless steel, PP, and fiberglass models.
       

       Features of the fan:
       Centrifugal fan features: High power consumption, high operating costs, considerable noise, and strong suction force (high wind pressure); suitable for complex systems, primarily installed outdoors or on rooftops.
       Axial fans feature low energy consumption and lower operation costs, but higher noise levels and reduced suction power (lower wind pressure). They are suitable for simple systems and can typically be mounted on walls or pipes.
       Features of the oblique flow fan: Energy consumption, operating costs, and fan suction are between the first two; lower noise level; suitable for simple systems; generally can be installed indoors.
