Full steel ventilation cabinet

Fume hoods are essential safety equipment in laboratories, primarily used for expelling indoor exhaust gases. They are commonly used in laboratories to vent harmful gases and for cleaning and waste disposal during experiments.
The main function of a fume hood: The primary function of a fume hood is exhaust. In a chemistry laboratory, during experiments, harmful gases, odors, as well as flammable, explosive, and corrosive substances may be produced. To ensure the safety of users and prevent the spread of pollutants from experiments into the laboratory, fume hoods are used near the source of contamination. In the past, fume hoods were used sparingly, only in experiments involving harmful and dangerous gases or those generating large amounts of heat. The fume hood solely serves as an auxiliary function to the lab table.
The purpose of using a fume hood is to exhaust harmful gases generated during experiments, protecting the health of the experimenters. This means that the fume hood must have high safety and operability, which requires it to possess the following functions:
Release Function: The system should be equipped with an institution that dilutes harmful gases generated inside the fume hood by absorbing external air from the cabinet, before discharging them outdoors.
Non-backflow feature: The function should ensure that the air flow generated by the exhaust fan within the fume hood does not reverse and flow back into the room. To achieve this function, it is preferable to connect one fume hood to one exhaust fan with a single pipe. For those that cannot be connected with a single pipe, they should only be connected within the same floor and room. The exhaust fan should be installed as close to the end of the pipe (or at the top of the floor) as possible.
Isolation Feature: A non-sliding glass viewport should be installed in front of the fume hood to separate the interior and exterior of the fume hood.
Supplementary Function: Must have a channel or alternative device for drawing in air from outside the fume hood when expelling harmful gases.
Control Wind Speed Function: An intake speed is required to prevent harmful gases from escaping.
Thermal and corrosion-resistant properties: Some fume hoods require the installation of electric furnaces, and certain experiments produce large amounts of corrosive acidic and alkaline gases. The countertops, lining, side panels, and selected water nozzles, gas nozzles, etc., of the fume hood should all possess corrosion-resistant functions.
