High-Temperature Bench



Laboratory Bench Control System Main Functions and Design Scheme:
1. Utilize a closed-loop control system, which gathers system operation information through sensors and other collection systems. The collected data is then input into a computer via a data acquisition card, where it's displayed and calculated according to control requirements. Subsequently, control signals are output, processed by the data acquisition card into signals recognizable by the executing elements, and finally, system control is achieved through the action of the executing elements.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system, with PLC as the hardware and the WINDOWS system as the software platform. During the signal acquisition process, we collect both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the analog signal into a digital signal that the PLC can process. After processing by the PLC, some of the output signals must be converted back to analog to control the experimental bench. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, an integrated data acquisition card with both functionalities is needed to perform the A/D and D/A conversions.
