Main Functions and Design Scheme of the Lab Bench Control System:
1. Utilizing a closed-loop control system, information from the operational collection system is gathered via sensors, then the collected data is input into the computer through a data acquisition card. The computer displays the data, performs calculations according to control requirements, and outputs control signals. These signals are processed by the data acquisition card into a format recognizable by the actuating components, which then execute system control.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system, with PLC as the hardware and Windows as the software platform. During the signal collection process, we collect both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the analog signal data into digital signals that the PLC can process. After PLC processing, a portion of the output signals must be converted back to analog signals for controlling the experimental table. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, a data acquisition card integrating these two functionalities is needed to accomplish both A/D and D/A conversions.
