Stainless Steel Lab Bench



Main Functions and Design Scheme of the Laboratory Bench Control System:
1. Utilizing a closed-loop control system, information from the system operation is collected via sensors and other acquisition systems. The collected data is then input into the computer via a data acquisition card, where it is displayed and calculated according to control requirements. Subsequently, control signals are output, processed by the data acquisition card into signals recognizable by the actuator, and finally, system control is achieved through the actuator's operation.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system with PLC hardware and a WINDOWS software platform. During the signal acquisition process, we collect both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the analog signals into digital signals that the PLC can process. After processing by the PLC, some of the output signals are then converted back into analog signals to control the experimental bench. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, an integrated data acquisition card with both functionalities is needed to accomplish these conversions.
