Due to the need for mold loading and unloading, the reciprocating cylinder of the vulcanizing machine can cause fatigue failure through multiple back-and-forth movements along the red copper annular tube. While repairs can be made and the machine re-applied, it results in time loss. Rubber hoses offer excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, but they have weaknesses in terms of pressure resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and aging resistance, usually becoming unusable after a few months of general application. Stainless steel flange bellows compensators are an essential component in the piping connections of industrial equipment. The metal flange bellows eliminator serves as a protective conduit for electrical wires, cables, and automated instrument signals, as well as for civil shower wave eliminators, available in sizes from 3mm to 150mm. The small diameter stainless steel metal flange bellows compensator (inner diameter 3mm-25mm) is primarily used for protecting sensor lines in optical scales and industrial sensor lines. The metal flange bellows compensator, an important pressure-bearing component installed on pressure pipelines, also acts as a sheath for the bellows. It can be woven with either single or double layers of stainless steel wire or chains, depending on the pressure and size of the pipeline and the application.

Due to the use of austenitic stainless steel as the raw material for the main components of the bellows compensator, it ensures the compensator's heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range of the bellows compensator is wide, spanning from -196 to 600 degrees Celsius. The type of stainless steel used for the bellows compensator is selected based on the corrosiveness of the substance flowing through the pipeline, thereby guaranteeing the compensator's corrosion resistance.
