The GSHM Horizontal High-Speed Grooving Machine is a professional grooving equipment suitable for all metal sheets, including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc. Grooving is an auxiliary process in the bending and forming of sheets. It involves using special machine tools to cut V-shaped grooves at the bending lines of the sheets, making the material easier to bend and form with minimal radii outside the bending angle. The sheets are then bent using a bending machine or by hand to achieve the required product appearance. The depth, width, and angle of the V-shaped grooves can be ensured by the feed rate and the shape of the cutting tool during the grooving process.

The GSHM slotting machine base (a) and beam (c) both feature a framework structure design. The worktable is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel, ensuring the machine tool has excellent rigidity and durability. It is meticulously manufactured in accordance with machine tool processing techniques, employing electric furnace tempering to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. The surface coating is guaranteed to be excellent through sandblasting treatment. The machine frame is formed in a single setup using an imported CNC 5-axis machining center, ensuring parallelism and perpendicularity of all installation surfaces.

The GSHM slotting machine workpieces are fixed with a hydraulic clamping system, featuring flexible clamping and unloading devices: a high-precision guiding system, position measuring system, and hydraulic balance function to meet the need for unscratched workpiece surfaces as much as possible. The hydraulic clamping pressure is adjustable, ensuring reliable clamping. The hydraulic system is supplemented with an accumulator for compensation. The motor operates in an intermittent manner, saving energy and controlling oil temperature.

GSHM Slotting Machine Tool Holder (b) uses 4 blades to process "V" grooves, ensuring even cutting volume distribution and reducing deformation of the workpiece. It also offers an optional micro-cooling system to extend tool life and lower production costs; the universal tool holder mounting surface meets various tool clamping requirements, allowing interchangeable use of white steel and alloy blades; the tool holder transfer mechanism employs ground ball screw and heavy-duty linear guide rail, resulting in high precision.

The GSHM slotter's beam utilizes ground helical gears and high-precision helical racks with guide rails for transmission, allowing variable speed adjustments. It features a dual-guide rail structure, ensuring a smooth and efficient chip feeding process in the beam-style cutting.
