Selecting Hydraulic Oils

1. Recommend the use of L-HM32, 46, and 68 low-foaming, high-pressure, anti-wear hydraulic oil for pumps. Select different types according to the temperature changes. In high temperature conditions, choose a higher grade; in low temperature conditions, choose a lower grade.
2. Normal operating oil temperature is 15-65ºC, with an ideal operating temperature of 50±4ºC. The kinematic viscosity should be between 27-43 mm²/S. The oil should maintain a kinematic viscosity of no less than 27 mm²/S at 65ºC and no more than 43 mm²/S at 15ºC during normal operating temperatures. Self-priming vacuum due to high kinematic viscosity during cold start should not exceed 0.013 MPa. The cleanliness of the oil should be controlled within NAS 10 (or 19/16) to significantly affect the lifespan of the oil pump!
