Material Requirements:

Galvanized steel plank is made of 1.5mm thick Q235B steel plate, and its material and production must comply with the national standard GB15831-2006 for steel pipe scaffold clamps.

2. Quality Requirements:

The galvanized steel plank has dimensions of 2000mm-4000mm in length, 240mm in width, and 65mm in height. The hot-dip galvanized steel plank features a W-shaped steel structure (high strength W-beam) on both sides, with raised holes on the surface and flanges (anti-slip). Double rows of reinforcing ribs are pressed on both sides of the surface near the W-beam (W-beam edge). The double-reinforced ribs form two inverted triangular grooves on the surface of the scaffold steel plank, located below the main plate. The number of embedded reinforcing ribs is as follows: a 4m steel plank should have 5 ribs.

b. Galvanized steel ladder decks must not exceed a length variation of +3.0mm, a width variation of +2.0mm, and a hole flange height variation of +0.5mm. The anti-slip hole diameter is 12mm x 18mm, the hole spacing is 30mm x 40mm, and the flange height is 1.5mm.

c. The bending angle of hot-dip galvanized steel platforms should be maintained at 90°, with the deviation not exceeding +2°.

d. Hot-dip galvanized steel platforms should have a smooth surface with surface deflection not exceeding 3.0mm. During welding, no damage to the base material should occur due to welding, ensuring zinc coating quality, controlling deformation, and prohibiting false welding and loose joints.

e. End plate flanges and intermittent ribs should be joined with reinforced spot welding. The welds should be kept flat, with the gap x being less than 1.5mm (based on the provided template; no more than this).
